Grilled Mushroom Skewers

Ingredients

  • 12 baby Portebella mushrooms
  • 1 large white onion
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  1. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems
  2. Slice onion into 1 inch cubes
  3. Mix salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  4. Drop mushrooms and onions into the oil mixture, and stir until completely coated.
  5. Thread three mushrooms onto a skewer, alternating them with onion chunks
  6. Grill until mushrooms are soft
