- 12 baby Portebella mushrooms
- 1 large white onion
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems
- Slice onion into 1 inch cubes
- Mix salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Drop mushrooms and onions into the oil mixture, and stir until completely coated.
- Thread three mushrooms onto a skewer, alternating them with onion chunks
- Grill until mushrooms are soft
