Mac & Cheese


  • 2 lb. dry shells or elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb kosher sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup plain bread crumbs
  1. Preheat the oven to 375.
  2. While the oven is heating, boil a large pot of water on the stove.
  3. Cook pasta until tender
  4. Spread pasta in a glass cooking pan.
  5. Mix grated cheese into pasta.
  6. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  7. Pour the cream over the pasta, making sure to distribute it evenly.
  8. Bake until the cheese is melted and the top layer of pasta is crispy.
