- 1 batch brownies (I like to use a mix for convenience– you can also make them from scratch)
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tbs raspberry jam
- 1 tbs confectioner’s sugar
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- Crush the fresh raspberries with a fork until the mixture is uniformly textured.
- Add in the remaining ingredients, stirring with the fork until completely mixed.
- Spread evenly over the brownies using a spatula.
