Tomatillo Salsa


  • 2 cups fresh tomatillos
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 jalapeño peppers (or one habenaro pepper)
  • 1 large white onion
  • 1/4 cup lime sections
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayanne papper
  1. Combine the lime sections, salt, cayanne, jalapeño peppers and half the cilantro in a food processer.
  2. Puree and set aside
  3. Chop the tomatilloes, onion, and bell pepper into 1/4 inch pieces.
  4. Chop the remaining cilantro
  5. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
  6. Mix and refrigerate until serving
